If you have a wireless card, we recommend that you update your drivers. You can find the latest drivers for your wireless card on our website. If you have more than one wireless driver, then you need to figure out which one you have installed on your computer.

To determine the model number for your wireless card, press the Windows key + the Pause button at the same time. This brings up the System Properties dialog. Another way to get to it is to right click on My Computer and select Properties. Once there, click on Hardware tab and then click on Device Manager. In Device Manager, under Network Adapters, you will see a list of wireless cards. Right-click on the card you want to find its model number and select Properties.
