To create a one-page landscape in Word, follow these steps:
- Open the document you want to landscape.
- Click the Layout tab and select Portrait from the Page Layout drop-down menu.
- Click the Margins button and set the top margin to 0 inches and the bottom margin to 12 inches.
- Click OK to close the Layout tab.
- Select all of the text in your document and click the Text Box button (to the right of the Home tab).
- In the Text Box dialog box, click in between each paragraph and type 1 px (or whatever width you want your paragraphs to be). This will create a 1-inch border around each paragraph, which will be used as your landscape gridlines when you print your document.
- Click OK to close the Text Box dialog box and return to Word’s main window.
- Select all of your text again and click on one of your paragraphs (it should have a white border around it).
